I made this reference list for myself when planning out feats,
and I thought it might be useful to others.
The bear shaman has several buff types. We have claw totems, spirit
totems, manifestations, and, if you spend feat points to get them,
we also have aspects. You can only have one buff of each type active
at a time, and I made myself this list because I wanted to get a
clear reference for which buffs fell into each category.
Personally I find it's important to be familiar with these
categories. Before you decide you want to spend your feat points to
get a new totem, it's good to know which totem you'll have to give
up to use the new one. For example if you take the venom totem feat
you won't be able to use it unless you give up the feral totem
(because they're both spirit totems).
Edited to add: It should be noted that bear shamans have other buffs
not on this list. For example, spirit of the bear, which is our HP
buff. However it doesn't belong to any of the categories of buffs of
which you can only have one type at a time. You can always have
spirit of the bear up, and it doesn't conflict with anything,
whereas with the buffs on this list, you can only have one of each
type up at any given time. This isn't intended to be a full list of
our buffs,
but rather a way to organize the buff spells which are limited to
one per type.

CLAW TOTEMS
(All last for one hour)
Claws of Stone
Level 10/40/55/70
Grants a small protection against physical attacks which has a
chance of cursing the target. Anyone attacking a cursed target has
an increased ability of withstanding attacks. Only one claw totem
may be active at any time.
***Claws of the Reaper***
FEAT - Wrath tree
Max Ranks 5
Must spend 20 points in tree to access.
Must be level 40 to take this feat. No higher level version.
When cast, the bear shaman's strikes have a chance of inflicting a
bleeding wound and increasing the damage done by the priest's own
attacks. Empowers the shaman, increasing the damage they inflict and
their attacks have a chance of inflicting a slashing wound that
lingers for a short time. This effect can be applied 3 times. Only
one Claw Totem may be active at any time.
***Claws of Life***
FEAT - Spirits tree
Max Ranks 5
Must spend 30 points in tree to access.
Must be level 50 to take this feat. No higher level version.
This spell increases the shaman's life regeneration and places a
secondary effect on the target that has a chance of placing a minor
healing effect on their attackers. Increases natural health
regeneration. Attacks by the caster have a chance of cursing the
target. This curse has a chance of placing a minor secondary healing
effect on the target's attacker. Only one Claw Totem may be active
at any time.
Claws of Corruption
Level 55/70
The bear shaman's melee attacks do additional poison and unholy
damage and also have a chance of cursing the target. Anyone
attacking a cursed victim does extra unholy and poison damage and
anyone attacking with Corrupted Claws does additional damage. Only
one Claw Totem may be active at any time.
SPIRIT TOTEMS
(All last for one hour)
Feral
Level 17/30/45/60/75
With a roar the Bear Shaman increases their normal life regeneration
rate. Attacks against them have a chance of increasing their
resistance to physical attacks and the damage done by their melee
attacks. Only one spirit totem may be active at any time.
***Venom***
FEAT - Spirits tree
Max Ranks 3
Must spend 15 points in tree to access.
Must be level 25 to take this feat. No higher level version.
Grants a spell that increases their resistance to poison and
empowers the bear shaman with the ability to poison foes with their
mighty blows. Increases shaman's resistance to poison and their
attacks have a chance of poisoning their foes, damaging them for a
short time. This effect can be applied 3 times. Only one Spirit
Totem may be active at any time.
Stone
Level 45/60/75
This power grants small protection against physical attacks but
slows movement speed. Attacks against the bear shaman also have a
chance of triggering a burst of stone fragments, dealing instant
piercing damage to all enemies nearby. Only one Spirit Totem can be
in affect at any time.
Profane
Level 60/75
Grants increased resistance to unholy damage and a damage shield.
Attacks against the bear shaman have a chance of giving them an
unholy damage on their attacks (although this also causes them to
take more damage from holy attacks). Only one Spirit Totem may be
active at any time.
MANIFESTATIONS
***Rabies***
FEAT - Spirits tree
Max Rank 1
Must spend 20 points in tree to access.
Must be level 30 to take this feat. No higher level version but can
improve with talents.
Continuously pulses a cloud of poison that inflicts damage to all
enemies in the area. Inflicts lingering poison damage upon all
nearby enemies. Only one Manifestation may be active at any time.
***Regrowth***
FEAT - Spirits tree
Max Ranks 3
Must spent 25 points in tree to access.
Must be level 40 to take this feat. No higher level version.
Continuously heals all friendly targets nearby the bear shaman. The
shaman manifests the mighty bear's unmatched physical power,
continuously pulsing a mild healing effect on all allies in the
area. Only one Manifestation may be active at any time.
Enfeeble
Level 50/70
The bear shaman continuously suppresses the spells and special
abilities of enemies nearby, lowering the caster level and making
them less powerful. Only one manifestation can be running at any
time.
Hostile Territory
Level 65/80
The bear shaman emanates a curse that causes nearby enemies to take
more damage from physical attacks. The bear's hostility towards any
that impinge upon its territory is well known. Only one
manifestation can be in effect at any time.
ASPECTS
Aspects are a stance-like click on, click off buff with no
maintenance cost, and a 5s cooldown to activate/deactivate. Adds to
natural (i.e. in and out of combat) health, mana, and stamina regen.
Untamed Regeneration
FEAT - Wrath tree
Max Ranks 5
Must spend 10 points in tree to access.
Must be level 20 to take this feat.
Adds to natural (i.e. in and out of combat) health, mana, and
stamina regen. 10% increased damage taken when activated.
Skulk
FEAT - Wrath tree
Max Ranks 2
Must spend 10 points in tree to access.
Must be level 20 to take this feat.
Decreases hit points but lowers your aggro.
Blood Fever
FEAT - Spirits tree
Max Ranks 5
Must spend 10 points in tree to access.
Must be level 20 to take this feat.
Applies a damage bonus (20% at rank 5, presumably 4/8/12/16/20%
progression) which increase with ranks and a 50% healing penalty.
